you should exfoliate. I exfoliate with baking soda every day or every other day to remove dead school. acne often occurs because dirt and oils get trapped under the dead skin and infect the area.

You can avoid, clear up, or totally eliminate acne by reducing high glycemic load foods from your diet and keeping your insulin levels low

I have slight acne and to be honest it's my own fault it won't go away. I should wash my face every night but I'm lazy and I don't. It's really STUPID!!

I have had acne my whole life and have gone through different diets and topical treatments, I don't think it has anything to do with washing your face at
night or not because I always wash my face and it doesn't help. I think it has to do with your genetics my parents had it and so do I, I just have to find
different ways to deal with it. Anyone have any advice?

I have seen too many miracle cures advertised that don't work for me -- I think Acne treatments can help, but you have to experiment to find out what works
best for you.

OK, one new piece of info on this -- for very powerful overnight acne prevention I have been using Proactiv refining mask (sulfur) in a thin layer applied at
bedtime. It works like nothing else.
